Craig Sisson
Director - Electrical Inspector

Craig has been in the Electrical Industry since finishing High School in 2000, and started his apprenticeship in Auckland specialising in commercial fit outs and structured data cabling. He moved to Rotorua in 2003 to finish his apprenticeship where he has expanded his knowledge and qualifications and is a Registered Electrical Inspector.
Rachael Crothers
Director - Operations Manager

Rachael was born in Auckland and grew up in Wanganui. After finishing 7th Form at Wanganui Girls College she completed a Trade Certificate in Professional Cookery then moved to Rotorua with her husband Adrian in 2003. Since leaving the Hospitality Industry, she has worked in Finance & Insurance, IT and now the Electrical Industry.
Matt Hewett
Registered Electrician

Matt was educated at Rangitahi College & Rotorua Boys High School obtaining Bursary Qualifications before heading to Waiariki to complete NZQA Mechanical Engineering Level 3. He then spent 6 years in the RNZAF learning his craft as an Avionics Technician. In 1998 he left the Airforce and started his trade as an Electrician where he has been for over 25 years with 4 companies in a variety of industries and roles.
Justin Bell
Electrician Apprentice 4th Year
Justin is a Rotorua Local and went to JPC & finished his High school life at Rotorua Lakes High.
After spending 5 years in Dairy Farming and 2 years as an AB Technician, Justin moved from Whakatane back to Rotorua to to start his Electrical Apprenticeship.
In his spare time he enjoys Hunting & Fishing
Kerrod Robinson
Electrician Apprentice 4th Year

Kerrod was born in Auckland, and grew up in Turangi before moving to Rotorua and finishing school at Western Heights High. He completed a pre trade course at Waiariki and started as a Trade Assistant before starting his apprenticeship in Hamilton until moving back to Rotorua early 2024.
Chloe Steadman
Electrician Apprentice 2nd Year

Chloe was born and raised in Rotorua. After finishing Year 13 at JPC in 2022, Chloe did work experience with us to see if being an Electrician was the career path she wanted - it was and she joined the crew in January 2023 becoming our 2nd female apprentice.
Rihari Clarkin
Electrician Apprentice 1st Year
​
Rihari was born in Ohakune and moved to Rotorua when he was 9 years old.
After completing an Electrical Pre-Trade in 2010 he moved to Perth WA where he lived for 12 years before moving back to Rotorua at the end of 2022 where he has been driving Logging Trucks waiting for an oppurtunity to start his Apprenticeship
Adrian Crothers
Trainee Service Technician

Adrian was born in Wanganui and raised on a farm in Ngamatapouri. Coming from a farming background, Adrian is hands on and thries on getting stuck in. From his various jobs leading up to Electrical Solutionz he's a jack of all trades and helps out with our many different tasks and is working towards his Limited Licence
Megan Cooper
Administrator

Megan is a Rotorua Local, finishing High School at Lakes High in 2003. After 17 years with the Warehouse Group, she has joined our team to look after all of our Administration.
